Greth Schell is a traditional Fasnacht figure who parades through the old town carrying a “screaming wife” in a basket on his back during Carnival season in February/March
Chrööpfelimee is a Zug tradition in which newlyweds are invited to the town hall and receive symbolic pastries called “Chrööpfeli” in March
Chriesisturm marks the beginning of cherry season in June, when the Zytturm bell rings early in the morning and the first cherries are carried into town
